Job Description:

Position: Windows Network Consultant

Experience: 6+ yrs

Location:  Accord, NY

Contract: 6+ months

Required Skills:

•     Extensive hands on knowledge on deployment of IT Equipment’s, rollouts and upgrades.

•     Working knowledge of Supporting/troubleshooting windows workstations(Hardware/Software)

•     Setup and configuration of Lotus notes.

•     Knowledge in Windows AD/groups & permissions.

•     H/W troubleshooting & Vendor coordination.

•     Configure and install Network Printers.

•     Should have used Windows Easy file transfer.

•     File Backup process and methods

•     Software deployment tools like Marimba.

Should have worked with Norton Ghost

- POS support & hardware maintenance

- maintaining spares

- Maintaining PBX phone switch 

- Port Management

- Telecom support

- Construction Support

- Office Moves

- General Support (UPS/Special event/Audio Visual Support)

- onsite coordination with offshore and other onsite teams.
