Job Description: Documentum Developer

Key Responsibilities:

This is an advanced-level job posting for a seasoned and experienced Firstdoc Documentum developer. Job involves, analyzing, designing, developing and implementing functional and system level requirements. Programs all or selected components of the client’s Document Management system built on CSC Firstdoc software based on EMC Documentum Platform. Able to do system level design and requirements documentation for a validated/regulated application in a life sciences industry.

This job at the senior level has experience in a variety technologies including Firstdoc R&D and QM modules, Unix, Oracle and associated IT infrastructure skills.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge in Documentum and firstDoc development, deployment, and debugging.

• Good experience and knowledge in development/debugging of web services

• Strong knowledge in working with firstDoc’s CMU in data migration/reclassification (especially with large content volume i.e. around 1 million documents)

• Ability to do code reviews and making sure that source code is up to the standards

• Strong knowledge with database triggers, procedures etc.

• Good knowledge in installation of Documentum and firstDoc systems (from scratch)

• Strong UNIX/SOLARIS skills
