Urgent Requirement for PeopleSoft HR technical consultant

Need: PeopleSoft HR technical consultant

Location: Chicago, IL,

Scope of Work

1. A professional experienced PeopleSoft consultant with v9.10 experience shall assist with daily customer support.
2. The consultant will be expected to design, code, test, and implement modifications to the PeopleSoft application as assigned by Enterprise Applications group leader.
3. The consultant will be expected to document their work and follow work flow procedures associated with the Laboratory’s change management process.
4. The consultant will be expected to support PeopleSoft 9.1 integration as part of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Modernization Project, working in conjunction with Fermilab project managers, application developers and database administrators.  

Proposal Requirements

The proposal response requirements of this project are as follows:

1. A list of the name(s), qualifications, capabilities, accomplishments and experience of their proposed consulting resource(s) and their dollar rates.
2. The consultant will have minimum 5 years PeopleSoft Systems/Developer Analyst experience using an Oracle database.
3. The consultant will have strong functional knowledgeable of PeopleSoft HCM v9.10 modules including HR, North American Payroll, Base Benefits and Compensation modules. Experience with applications such as employee self-service (ePay, eProfile, eBen), PeopleTools, PL/SQL, Oracle Discoverer is also necessary.

4.      The consultant will have strong

 technical skills in People Tools 8.50.12 including Application Designer, People code, Application Engine, Data Mover, PS Query, Component Interface, Process Scheduler and Application messaging. 

5.      The successful candidate will also have strong competencies in SQL, SQRs and Crystal Reports 9, Windows and Linux, UNIX shell scripting, system administration including PeopleSoft Internet Architecture, Application Server and Web server configuration.

 6.      The resource should have strong analytical and customer skills.

7.      Highly desirable skills include Workday integration experience, experience with PeopleSoft v9.10 Enterprise HCM Person Model and Non-Employees, Benefits Open Enrollment, and PeopleSoft migration to SAAS solution experience.
