The Procurement Integration Specialist is responsible for ensuring the development, execution, and management of the implementation of a series of business system implementations in support of the corporations IT roadmap as it relates to procurement. This person will need to understand business, technical and supply chain requirements and effectively work across CLIENT’s operations and IT functions. A successful candidate will participate in delivering a robust and efficient SAP implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities

With the assistance of CLIENT’s SAP procurement subject matter expert and functional management the successful candidate will:

·  Evaluate acquired company businesses processes and drive alignment to CLIENT processes and systems

·  Document as is business processes of acquired companies

·  Identify business process gaps and drive resolution

·  Functional liaison between procurement organization and project implementation team

·  Document / revise procurement blue prints

·  Modify test scripts to align to the project

·  Data conversion, mapping, validation

·  User integration testing and final acceptance through execution of approved test scripts

·  Document go forward business processes

·  Ensure SAP job aids are current

·  Ensure users are trained

Skills:

Successful candidate will demonstrate aptitude in the following areas:

·  SAP ECC 5.0

·  Communication

·  Organization

·  Business process documentation

·  Ability to recommend solutions and effectively influence on behalf of the procurement organization

Experience and Education:

·  Bachelors in Business, IT or related field

·  APICS certification a plus

·  Participated in SAP implementation and or extensive understanding of SAP procurement and planning module

·  5+ years experience procurement experience in a manufacturing environment

·  Experience in system migration and or integration of acquired companies is preferred

Travel up to 15% may be required. Some travel outside of US may be required.
