This need is urgent! Don’t have bill rates parameters, so give me your best candidates.  I prefer to have only two to three max.  The contract is for three – six months but can have increments of that over time as well.

The industry for this client is utility/renewable energy and the position is in Portland.  No travel is required and the candidate will have to be here for the assignment.

Job Description:
General Purpose
Conducts analysis, creates system specifications, develops, tests and implements business applications, utilizing SAP ECC and associated Netweaver applications and technologies.  Utilizes existing or new technology in the implementation and automation of business processes within the SAP environment.  Evaluates software packages and provides recommendations to management.
Responsibilities of this position include the following:
·  Support the design, construction, and implementation phases of a system and/or upgrade project.
·  Provide expert knowledge and resources to help with corrective maintenance and enhancements on SAP particularly with regards to finance, human resources, or work management functions.  
·  Interact with SAP functional leads to prioritize and plan work for their respective areas.
·  Lead and develop the complex solutions for SAP development in human resources, work management and financial modules including procurement.
·  Plan and negotiate delivery dates of assignments with the relevant SAP functional team leads.
·  Perform as a company expert in the area of SAP development.
·  Organize, plan, and execute large scale, complex projects from vision through implementation.
·  Coach and mentor less experienced SAP developers in the design and implementation of solutions.
·  Serve as technical lead on SAP projects
·  Provide rotational on call support.

Requirements for this position include the following:
·  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
·  A minimum of five years experience in SAP development or related SAP areas.
·  Hands on experience building and supporting custom SAP workflow.
·  Technical skills including programming, installation, configuration, and database management.
·  Experience with development of interfaces to and from SAP utilizing SAP PI or Business Connector under the Netweaver stack. 
·  Strong understanding of ABAP WebDynpro, Adobe Forms, ABAP OOP, SAP script, Smartforms, ALE, IDOCS, ALV reporting, supporting Hotpack application.
·  Communication and interpersonal skills for consulting with users to understand needs, define requirements, and provide effective solutions.
·  Knowledge of current technologies, tools, applications, and vendors.
Preferences:
·  Seven years’ experience in SAP development or related SAP areas
·  Understanding of company’s existing IT environment and of applicable company policies, practices, and procedures.
·  Demonstrated advanced HR development experience in payroll, workforce, benefits
·  SRM development experience
