1.       Candidate must be proficient in data modeling (typical work load will be 25% 3NF and 75% Dimensional modeling) 
2.       The resource is expected to perform extensive data profiling to analyze and decipher inherent business rules in a Legacy Warehouse and its Source systems (Oracle and MF). 
3.       Exposure to ETL tools (preferably Informatica) is a prerequisite as the resource is expected to analyze legacy Informatica Mappings to get to the business logic. 
4.       Understand program specific Use Cases and other Requirement Documents to scope data elements and design dimensional models accordingly. 
5.       Create detailed Source-Target ETL specifications that include transformations and business logic that can be used by implementation team to code ETLs. 
6.       The resource will be assigned a program area and will not only model but also oversee the implementation of ETL processes needed. 
7.       He/She is expected to coach members of the implementation team and resolve their data related questions and issues. 
8.       Above average communication and documentation skills are essential since all business users and SME’s are onsite and their availability will be limited.
