Job Description:-

Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills:

•        Deep knowledge of the .NET 2.0/3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010, VB.NET and/or C#, ASP.NET, LINQ, AJAX, MVC, ASMX and WCF Web Services, and ADO.NET.

•        Three (+) years working with transactional database systems; i.e., Oracle, SQL Server

•        Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)

•        Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.

•        Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).

•        Experience with JQuery or similar technologies are preferred

Desirable Technical /Functional Skills:

•        Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.

•        Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.

•        Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.

•        Strong communication skills, both written and oral

•        Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices while leading and mentoring a team of developers.

•        Ability to multi-task & support multiple priorities / multiple deliverables

•        Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
